摘要
超小型且极为分散的农地经营规模,源于土地资源的稀缺和人口众多的人地矛盾,已成为农业发展的严重障碍。必须在家庭经营的基础上,实行土地适度规模经营,这是农业现代化的客观需要和发展趋势。但由于受到各种客观因素的制约,决定了我国农地适度规模经营的实现要经历一个较长的历史时期。
The management of farmland which super-small scaled and scattered originates from the scarcity of soil resonces and contradiction between mass population and rare lands, as has set a serious barrier for agricultural growth. The objective demand and developing trend of agricultural modernization is to carry out within-limit-scale management of farmland based on family operation. However, there's a long way to go for this management of farmland due to the restraints of various objective factors in our country.
