摘要
本文介绍了专业信用担保的特征及在我国的发展概况 ,分析了现行的海事担保实践所存在的一些问题 。
This thesis introduces the characteristics of specialized credit guarantee and its status quo in our country. It then discusses the problems existed in maritime guarantee practice. On the basis of the above, the merits of introducing specialized credit guarantee into maritime guarantee and the matters needing attention are expounded in the article.
