摘要
面对新的世纪,要全面提高电大的教学质量,树立电大品牌,就必须认真研究现代教育技术在电大远程教育过程的应用与发展,把电大的改革建立在现代教育技术的平台之上,建立符合现代远程开放教育教学规律的运行机制和激励机制,实现教学资源和师资建设“两建工程”,促进开放教育人才培养模式的建立和完善,保持电大的可持续发展。
In the face of this new century,if we want to prompt the teaching quality of the TV &Radio University roundly and build up the name brand of the TV &Radio University,we must research earnestly the application and development of the contemporary instructional technology in the process of distance education in the TV &Radio University,build the innovation of the TV &Radio University upon the platform of the contemporary instructional technology,build up an operation system and a prompting system that fit the rule of the contemporary distance open education and teaching,realize the two construction projects,namely the project of constructing teaching resources and the project of constructing teacher resources,prompt the construction and consummation of the model of training persons with abilities in the open education,and keep the continuable development of the TV &Radio University?
