摘要
本文以知识管理理论为基础 ,从实体、制度、文化三个层次讨论了图书馆的整合与业务重组理论与整合方法 ,结合实际对多校区高校图书馆的发展提出了一些新思路。
On the basis of the theory of knowledge management,the authors talk about the rectification and strengthening of college libraries,the theory and methods of library reorganization;and put forward a new way of library development,considering that many colleges have several separate campuses.
