摘要
政治文明是同物质文明和精神文明相对应的范畴,是指人类改造政治生活所取得的积极的政治成果,它表现为与社会生产力的发展相适应的政治进步状态和人们在一定的社会形态中民主、自由、平等、解放的实现程度。政治文明具有稳定、发展和导向的功能。
Political civilization is a category in contrast with material civilization and spiritual civilization. It refers to the positive political achievements achieved by people in the process of improving their political life. It's marked by the state of political progress in coordination with the development of social productive forces as well as people's degree of the realization of democracy, liberty, equality and liberalization in certain social formation. Political civilization has the stabilizing, developing and directing functions.
