摘要
简要叙述了季酮酸类杀虫杀螨剂的创制经纬及研究进展。根据季酮酸的骨架结构变化将季酮酸类化合物分为五元环酮-烯醇衍生物、六元环酮-烯醇衍生物2大类,其中五元环酮-烯醇类季酮酸衍生物又分为呋喃-2-酮、吡咯-2-酮、噻吩-2-酮、环戊-2-烯酮4个小类,介绍了以上类别的结构与生物活性。
The discovery and recent advances of tetronic acid derivatives with insecticidal and acaricidal activity were briefly reviewed in this paper. According to the skeleton of tetronic acid, the compounds were divided into six-membered cyclic ketoenols and five-membered cyclic ketoenols which contain furan-2-one, pyrrol-2-one, thiophen-2-one and cyclopent-2-enone altogether four categories. Their structures and biological activities were introduced.
