摘要
利用响应面法对微波辅助提取百香果籽油工艺进行优化,分别对微波功率、辐射时间和液固比进行响应面分析,建立二次多项式回归方程预测模型。确定适宜反应条件为:微波功率250W,辐射时间8min,液固比7:1,实际提取率为19.36%。
