Determination of α-naphthol and β-naphthol in real water samples using dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction followed by high performance liquid chromatography

摘要 以氯苯为萃取剂,丙酮为分散剂,采用分散液相微萃取-液相色谱联用技术对水体中的α-萘酚和β-萘酚进行分析,优化了实验条件。该方法对α-萘酚和β-萘酚的线性范围分别为1.5~50μg/L和1.0~50μg/L,检出限分别为0.9μg/L和0.5μg/L,6次重复测定的相对标准偏差分别为3.3%和1.5%。方法应用于自来水、地下水和湖水样品的分析测定,回收率在91.3%~101.0%之间。 A simple method using dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction combined with high performance liquid chromatography-ultraviolet detector has been developed for the extraction and determination of α-naphthol and β-naphthol in real water samples.In the proposed method,chlorobenzene was used as an extraction solvent and acetone was a disperser solvent.The effects of relative parameters were investigated in detail.Under the optimum conditions,the linear ranges of α-naphthol and β-naphthol were 1.5~50 μg/L and 1...
