摘要
建立了一种测定水环境中16种农药残留的反相高效液相色谱法。样品直接过C18固相萃取小柱富集浓缩,甲醇洗脱,采用高效液相色谱紫外检测器检测,外标法定量。16种农药质量浓度在0.25~10mg/L范围内呈线性关系,相关系数为0.9990~0.9999。在质量浓度0.05~0.3mg/L范围内,平均加标回收率在70.7%~112.2%之间,相对标准偏差为1.6%~12%。方法的检出限0.01~0.23mg/L。
A method for the determination of 16 pesticide residues in water by solid-phase extraction-high performance liquid chromatography with an UV detector was established. The pesticides were enriched by C18 solid-phase extraction cartridges,eluted by methanol and quantified by external standard method. Linearity was obtained in the range from 0.25 to 10 mg/L with correlation coefficients from 0.9990 to 0.9999.
