摘要
集团管控与公司治理是企业在集团化过程中面临的两大难题,就两者单独而言,可查资料较多,但如果把两者结合起来谈集团管控下的公司治理,可查资料却很少,为此,加强这一类问题的研究,对于正处于集团化过程中的企业来说,就显得十分有意义。
Group control and corporate governance are two major problems of enterprises in the process of the group.So far as group control or corporate governance is concerned.There are plenty of materials about them.But,when it comes to corporate governance under group gontrol,there little material.So,the study about corporate governance under group gontrol is very meaningful for these enterprises in the process of the group.
