修正的多孔质材料屈服模型研究

摘要 文章在考虑材料内部塑性损伤的基础上,应用有限元方法对三维裂纹韧性断裂过程进行了数值模拟。通过研究多孔质材料屈服模型(G-T模型)中参数变化对初始起裂值Ji和JR阻力曲线的影响,提出了参数q2的表达式,修正了G-T模型,使其能够更好地模拟三维韧性断裂过程,与实验结果相吻合。 Aim.Existing papers in the open literature usually consider 8 parameters when applying the G-T model.We propose improving the G-T model by determining the usual q2 parameter through two extra parameters.Section 1 of the full paper briefs the G-T model.Subsection 2.2 gives eq.(7),which in full is q2=1+q2ae-rlq2b;q2a and q2b are determined through three dimensional ductile fracture numerical simulation with finite element method.The simulation results,given in Figs.7 and 8,and their analysis show preliminaril...
