摘要
合成了2-羟基-1-萘酚醛缩邻氨基酚(L)配合物,通过红外光谱、紫外光谱、元素分析、摩尔电导率及差热-热重分析,对此化合物进行了结构表征,配合物组成为ML[M=Co(Ⅱ),Ni(Ⅱ),Cu(Ⅱ),Zn(Ⅱ)].在pH=7.22的Tris-HCl缓冲溶液中,采用紫外光谱、荧光光谱和黏度法研究了2-羟基-1-萘酚醛缩邻氨基酚配合物与ct-DNA的相互作用,结果表明,该化合物以插入式与ct-DNA键合.
The Schiff base(L) condensed from 2-hydroxy-1-naphthalde-hyde with o-Am inophenol and its complexes are synthesized,and its structure has been characterized which is ML[M=Co(Ⅱ),Ni(Ⅱ),Cu(Ⅱ),Zn(Ⅱ)] by IR,UV,TG-DTA,the elements analysis and the molar conductance analysis.The interaction between the complexes and ct-DNA has been studied by electronic absorption spectroscopy,fluorescence,and the viscosity measurement in buffer solution of Tris-HCl(pH=7.22).All of the results indicate that the interaction of the ...
