摘要
笔者以我国上市公司1999年～2006年的R&D投资数据为样本,实证检验了企业生命周期对R&D投资强度的影响。结果发现,企业生命周期是R&D投资强度的重要影响因素。总体来说,公司在创业期的R&D投资强度会显著高于成熟期,但在各国有背景的上市公司组中该倾向却不明显。无论是私有产权控股的上市公司组还是国有背景的上市公司组,都会选择在公司的衰退期削减R&D投资。这种R&D投资的非持续性应是许多公司不能基业长青的原因。
Using the R&D investment data of the listed companies of our country from 1999 to 2006 as samples,the author makes an empirical test of the influence of enterprise life cycle on the intensity of R&D investment.The findings show that enterprise life cycle is an important influencing factor of the intensity of R&D investment.In general,the intensity of R&D investment in the foundation period is obviously higher than in the maturation period,but in stated-owned listed companies the tendency is not notable.Both...
