摘要
利用直接写在掺铒光纤上的一对光栅提供光反馈构成谐振腔,研制出了DBR光纤激光器;采用偏振控制器调节输出光的偏振态,分别观察到了与2个光栅Bragg波长对应的单频激光输出。泵浦功率68.8mW时得到了4.3mW的激光输出。对其调制特性进行了研究。
DBR fiber laser is fabricated by using a pair of fiber gratings providing feedback to constitute resonant cavity.Single-frequency laser output corresponding to Bragg wavelength of each fiber grating is observed respectively by controlling polarization.4.3mW laser output is obtained when pump power is 68.8mW.Modulating characteristics of fiber laser have also been studied.
