摘要
CDIO工程教育是工科类本科教学与人才培养的先进模式及理念,重点在于培养与提高学生的实践动手能力和创新能力。顶岗实习作为一种实践教学活动,是生产实习的深化和补充,符合CDIO工程教育理念,具有很强的教学研究意义和实践价值。本文主要分析了顶岗实习组织模式的特点与意义,实施与推进的缺陷与困难,以及深入开展的机制保证与措施。
