摘要
介绍了BSX新型三级旋风分离器(三旋)在中国海洋石油总公司惠州炼油分公司1.2 Mt/a催化裂化装置上的应用情况。应用结果表明:采用BSX新型三旋,三旋出口(烟气轮机入口)粉尘浓度平均值为70.5 mg/m^3,低于烟气轮机入口粉尘浓度控制指标(≤200 mg/m^3);三旋出口的粉尘粒径分布为:小于1μm的颗粒占46.2%;小于2μm的占72.3%;小于3.49μm的占90%;小于7.0μm的占99.2%,远低于烟气轮机入口粉尘粒度控制指标。为烟气轮机的长周期安全运行提供了保障。
The new type 3rd-stage cyclone separator was installed in the 1.2 MM TPY FCC unit in CNOOC Huizhou Refining Company.After installation of the cyclone separator,the average concentration of dust particles at the outlet of the separator(inlet of flue gas expander) was 70.5 mg/m^3,which was lower than the controlled particle concentration specifications(≤200 mg/m^3);The particle size distribution at the outlet of cyclone separator is:46.2%of particles smaller than 1μm,72.3%of particles smaller than 2μm,90%of p...
