摘要
介绍了BSX新型三级旋风分离器(三旋)在中国海洋石油总公司惠州炼油分公司1.2 Mt/a催化裂化装置上的应用情况。应用结果表明:采用BSX新型三旋,三旋出口(烟气轮机入口)粉尘浓度平均值为70.5 mg/m^3,低于烟气轮机入口粉尘浓度控制指标(≤200 mg/m^3);三旋出口的粉尘粒径分布为:小于1μm的颗粒占46.2%;小于2μm的占72.3%;小于3.49μm的占90%;小于7.0μm的占99.2%,远低于烟气轮机入口粉尘粒度控制指标。为烟气轮机的长周期安全运行提供了保障。
