摘要
探讨蜂针导致阿瑟氏反应的现象,介绍阿瑟氏反应系免疫复合物所致局部血管炎,属第Ⅲ型超敏反应,即有局部过敏坏死现象。蜂针引起阿瑟氏反应的发生机制,主要是因为蜂针中的蜂毒液作为异种大分子蛋白形成抗原与体内相应的抗体反应,形成沉淀性的免疫复合物,沉积于小静脉血管壁基底膜上,导致坏死性血管炎,出现局部皮肤或皮下组织的红肿、瘀紫、硬结等症状。
