摘要
清初，清政府在承德境内建有四条通向内蒙古的驿路，并在沿线建若干驿站，保证了谕令、公文的传递，军事物资的运输，加强了东北地区各民族之间的联系，促进了承德地区和内蒙古地区商业的繁荣和城镇的形成与发展。
At the initial stage of Qing Dynasty,the Qing government built four post roads to Inner Mongolia from Chengde and also built several post stations along the line.In this way it guaranteed the transmission of the formal order and documents,transportation of military goods and materials,strength ened the connection among the various nationalities in the Northeast and promoted the business prosperity,forming and development of the cities and towns in Chengde and Inner Mongolia.
