摘要
【目的】测定玉米、豆粕的蛋鸡净能值,为蛋鸡饲料原料净能值的客观评定提供参考。【方法】采用交叉试验设计,将96只65周龄的健康来航蛋鸡,按照平均体质量相近的原则分为2个处理,通过消化代谢和呼吸测热试验,用差量法计算玉米、豆粕的蛋鸡净能值。【结果】玉米和豆粕的蛋鸡表观代谢能值分别为(14.70±0.45)和(10.61±0.52)MJ/kg;饲喂玉米-豆粕日粮和单一玉米日粮的蛋鸡,其代谢体质量产热量分别为(485.21±33.31)和(483.03±34.06)kJ/(kg.d);平均体质量为1.44kg的蛋鸡,代谢体质量绝食代谢产热为(390.29±4.58)kJ/(kg.d)。【结论】玉米和豆粕的蛋鸡净能值分别为(11.97±0.36)和(8.15±0.32)MJ/kg,玉米和豆粕代谢能转化为净能的效率分别为81%和77%。
