摘要
目的探讨妊娠期糖代谢异常与胰岛素抵抗(insulin resistance,IR)相关的血清脂联素水平及其孕期变化趋势,并分析其相关因素。方法选取糖代谢异常孕妇52例,其中妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)38例,妊娠期糖耐量受损(GIGT)14例,同期孕周相匹配的正常糖代谢对照组40例,用ELISA检测试剂盒检测妊娠14~20周保存于-80℃的空腹血清脂联素浓度,其中52例孕妇(GDM19例、GIGT13例、对照20例)于孕24~32周行50 g葡萄糖负荷试验(50 g glu-cose charge test,50 gGCT)或75g口服葡萄糖耐量试验(oral glucose tolerance test,OGTT)时留取的血清1 ml,用ELISA检测试剂盒检测血清脂联素浓度。结果孕14~20周脂联素:GDM组(4.61±1.31)ng/ml,GIGT组(6.38±1.38)ng/ml,对照组(9.06±1.80)ng/ml,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);孕24~32周脂联素:GDM组(3.00±1.03)ng/ml,GIGT组(4.50±1.42)ng/ml,对照组(5.70±1.60)ng/ml,差异有显...
