枳术汤加味对大鼠肠黏膜组织结构的保护作用

摘要 目的探讨中药枳术汤加味对大鼠肠黏膜屏障功能保护作用的机制。方法50只雄性大白鼠按随机数字表分为对照组(10只)、模型组(20只)、治疗组(20只)。术前7天,治疗组以枳术汤加味灌胃0.35mL,正常组和模型组以等容积生理盐水灌胃,每天2次。手术建立大鼠肠缺空再灌住损伤肠黏膜屏障功能受损模型,分别在再灌注后1h、24h对实验鼠取材,检测回肠黏膜光学显微镜、电子显微镜下病理变化,回肠黏膜细胞凋亡水平。结果正常组、模型组、治疗组大鼠小肠黏膜湿重、微绒毛高度及宽度、细胞凋亡指数的变化差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论中药枳术汤加味对肠黏膜屏障的组织结构有保护作用。 Objective To study the mechanism of protective effect of the Chinese traditional medicine Zhizhu Decoction on rat intestinal mucosal barrier function.Methods According to random number table,50 male rats were divided into control group(n=10),model group(n=20),treatment group(n=20).At 7 days before surgery,rats were given gastric perfusion respectively(for treatment group: 0.35 ml modified Zhizhu decoction;for normal and model groups,both 0.35ml normal saline) for twice a day.Intestinal mucosal barrier dysfunction after intestinal ischemia / reperfusion injury was induced in rats via surgery.At 1 and 24 hour after reperfusion,rat intestinal mucosal tissues were sampled and underwent optical microscopy and electron microscopy to determine the pathological changes and the apoptosis of ileal mucosa.Results Significant differences were observed among normal group,model group and treatment group in indexes of small intestine mucosal wet weight,height and width of microvilli,changes of apoptotic index(P<0.05).Conclusion Zhizhu Decoction has protective effect to the intestinal mucosal barrier function.
