160缸体铸件残余应力的测量和消除 被引量:3

摘要 介绍了盲孔法测量铸件残余应力的基本原理和主要步骤。比较了缸体热处理前后、抛丸前后测得的残余应力数据。结果表明:(1)经过热处理后,铸件的最大主应力消除率平均达到41%,最大主应力总平均峰值消除率为49.8%;(2)抛丸后压应力提高,有利于平衡铸件的拉应力,减少裂纹倾向,提高铸件的抗疲劳性能和力学性能。 The basic principle of measuring residual stress with blind bore method and the main measuring steps were introduced.The residual stress test data of the cylinder block before and after heat treatment,as well as before and after shot blasting were compared.The result showed:(a) after the casting having been heat-treated,the average eliminating rate of its maximum principal stress reached 41%,the general average eliminating rate of peak value of maximum principal stress was of 49.8%;(b) after shot blasting,the compressive stress increased that is beneficial to counterbalance the tensile stress of the casting,reduce cracking tendency and increase the anti-fatigue properties and mechanical properties of the casting.
