摘要
从法律关系层面简单剖析了教师侵权行为的特点、原因,提出了解决相关问题的对策。认为只有教师尊重学生的权利,依法行使教育权,才能培养出符合法治社会要求的一代新人。
This paper briefly analyzes the reasons, legal features and strategies of teacher torts from a legal relationship lay. It also considers that it is when a teacher respects student's rights and exerts educative rights legally that he (she) can cultivate a new generation that is accordant to the requirements of a law ruled society.
