摘要
飞来峡水利枢纽的建成对保障广州、佛山、清远和珠江三角洲地区的防洪安全,促进粤北山区社会经济的发展发挥了重要作用并将产生深远的影响。对该项目的社会和环境影响在广泛调研的基础上作出初步的后评价。
The Feilaixia Hydro Project plays an important role in both guaranteeing Guangzhou,Foshan,Qingyuan and the Pearl River Delta against flooding and promoting the economic development in Northern Guangdong Province.The author makes a preliminary post-evaluation based on an extensive research on its social and environmental impact.
