摘要
本文作者通过对初中数学教学理论研究和实践，阐述了在初中数学教学中如何实施素质教育，全面提高学生的实践能力和创新水平。
The author of this paper has elaborated how to implement education for all-around development and raise innovation level and the practice ability of student completely in the mathematics teaching through his long-term practice and research for the mathematics teaching theory of junior high school.
