摘要
中央明确提出要建立各具特色的区域经济,发展特色经济是振兴地方经济的必由之路。笔者根据内外地经验,结合本地实际,认为发展自城特色经济应进一步解放思想,统一认识,从实际出发,选准突破口,高点集中,措施到位,从而实现白城经济的跨越式发展。
The central government states clearly that economy with local features be developed, which is the only way to follow. The author argues that to reach this goal,it is necessary to emancipate the mind, seek unity of thinking, proceed from the actual conditions and take proper measures.
