摘要
地方高校毕业生在参与激烈的市场竞争中 ,仍存在许多不利的因素 ,为此 ,必须做到 :1.充分发挥高校在毕业生就业工作中的主导作用 ;2 .以质量求生存和发展 ,努力提高毕业生的竞争力 ;3.拓展就业渠道 ,提升办学的社会效益 ;4 .加强毕业生思想教育 。
Graduates from local colleges are placed at a disadvantage when they look for jobs. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a rational and scientific assessing system in the social hiring process, which will set quality specifications for the colleges while providing information for the decision making in curriculum and specialty management.
