天麻和阿胶对铅所致大鼠脑功能损害的保护作用 被引量:4

摘要 [目的 ]观察和探讨天麻和阿胶单独及联合给药对染铅大鼠学习记忆损害的拮抗作用。 [方法 ]Wistar雄性大鼠经口染铅并分别单独及联合给予天麻 [4 0g (kg·d) ]和阿胶 [1 0g (kg·d) ]灌胃 ,每月用跳台试验测试学习记忆一次 ;3个月后 ,处死大鼠测定小脑组织总抗氧化能力 (totalantioxidativecapacity ,TAOC)。 [结果 ]在跳台试验中 ,高铅阳性对照组和低铅阳性对照组大鼠主被动回避反应正确次数 ,显著低于空白对照组 (P <0 0 1) ;天麻或阿胶单用均可明显提高染铅大鼠主被动回避反应正确次数 (P <0 0 5 ,第 2、3月P <0 0 1) ;二者联用更可显著提高染铅大鼠主被动回避反应正确次数 (P <0 0 1)。小脑TAOC测定 ,高铅阳性对照组和低铅阳性对照组大鼠小脑TAOC ,显著低于空白对照组 (P <0 0 1) ;天麻或阿胶单用可显著提高染铅大鼠小脑TAOC(P <0 0 1) ;二者联用效果更加显著 (P <0 0 1)。 [结论 ]天麻和阿胶单用即可减轻铅对大鼠学习记忆的损害作用 。 To observe the antagonism of Gastrodia Elata Blume(GTEB) and Donkey hide gelatin(DHG) alone or in combination against the impairment of learning and memory induced by lead in rats. Male Wistar rats were alone or jointly given GTEB (4 0 g/kg·d -1 ) and DHG (1 0 g/kg·d -1 ) after being given lead orally everyday for three months; the ability of learning and memory of each group was measured by step down test every month; at the end,the rats were decapitated and total antioxidative capacity(TAOC) of cerebellum was measured immediately. In step down test,the correct percentage of lead controls significantly decreased compared to the blank control ( P <0 01); GTEB alone significantly increased the correct percentage of lead taking rats compared to lead controls ( P <0 05;the second and third month P <0 01); DHG given alone also significantly increased the correct percentage of lead taking rats ( P <0 05); The increase of correct percentage of lead taking rats induced by GTEB and DHG in combination was much more significant than that induced by GTEB and DHG given alone ( P <0 01). The measurement of TAOC in cerebellum,the TAOC of lead controls significantly decreased compared to the blank controls ( P <0 01); the TAOC of cerebellum of lead taking rats was significantly enhanced by GTEB and DHG given alone compared to lead controls ( P <0 01); the increase of TAOC in lead taking rats induced by GTEB combined with DHG was much more significant than that induced by GTEB or DHG ( P <0 01). [Conclusion] GTEB and DHG given alone significantly decrease the impairment of learning and memory induced by lead,but their joint effect is much more significant.
