摘要 职业能力评价,是通过一种或多种途径取得职业活动绩效的证据,并把这些证据对照特定职业能力标准,从而判断职业能力水准的过程.确定能力标准、搜集能力表现的证据和根据能力标准做出判断,是三个基本环节.
