摘要
东深供水改造工程首次将环形预应力体系应用于现浇混凝土有压埋管的设计及施工中。环形预应力的计算应考虑多种工况的组合 ,以满足最不利工况下的正常使用要求。相对于有粘结预应力 ,无粘结预应力极大地减少了环形摩阻应力损失 ,改善了圆管周围预应力的分布。环形预应力的良好性能有效地解决了埋管在运行中的抗裂、防渗要求。圆形埋管的施工采用针梁模板台车 ,施工简便、快捷 ,提高了经济效益。实践证明 ,该项技术的应用是合理的、成功的 。
Circumferential prestressing system was first applied in the design and construction of cast in site pressure conduit in Dongshen Water Supply Modification Works.Varies of load combinations should be considered in the calculation of circumferential prestressing to meet the demands of normal work under the worst condition.Non bond circumferential prestressing greatly reduces the friction loss and improves the stress distribution around the conduit,therefore its good performance effectively satify the demands of anti seepage and crack control.Using of the form jack plane makes the construction of buried pipe convenient,quick and economical.The application proved that this technique is reasonable and successful,and worth of popularizing and applying.
