摘要 本文研究静电放电(ESD)火花的点燃危险性特征.根据静电放电火花的能量大小、放电火花空间分布范 围和放电火花持续时间,研究静电放电火花实际点燃可燃物的可能性,总结了6种典型静电放电火花的实际点 燃能力.根据数据序列理论,分析了静电放电火花点火源序列和可燃物危险性序列之间存在的关联性,对静电 放电火花的实际点燃危险性进行定量评价,将工业生产条件下的静电放电火花点燃危险性分为4级,并对聚烯 烃粉体生产工艺过程中典型和频发性的静电放电火花的点燃危险性进行了定量评价. The characteristics of the ignition processing which caused by electrostatic discharge(ESD) sparks and the igniting characteristics of the ESD sparks have been investigated in this paper. The spark energy of ESD, the space distributions and the duration of ESD spark are the key data when determining the possibility of ignition caused by ESD sparks. The ignition ability data for six kinds of typical ESD sparks is provided. Based on the theory of data sequence, it's possible to identify the hazard of ESD spark ignition by means of the correlative relationship between the sequence of ignition source(ESD sparks) and the sequence of hazardous for the combustible substance. Under the conditions of industry production, it is reasonable that the hazard of ESD spark ignition may be classified into four grades by adopting the above results. In the production line of polythene and polypropylene powder, the ignition risk caused by typical and frequently occurred ESD sparks has been quantitatively assessed.
