摘要
在先进的制造业中陶瓷 -金属连接构成的复合件作为结构材料可以获得金属、陶瓷的性能互补 ,并降低复合材料制造成本。本文介绍了各种焊接方法的机理及特点 ,并重点讨论了对制造业有重要意义的陶瓷 -金属钎焊、部分瞬间液相连接及自蔓延高温合成焊接的特点。
In advanced manufacture industry,the use of ceramic and metal joined complex as structure material can make the mutual compensation of ceramic/metal properties and decrease composite manufacture cost.This article presents the mechanisms and features of various joining methods with focus on the ceramic/metal brazing,partial liquid phase bonding and SHS welding,each of which is expected to play an important role in the manufacture industry.
