摘要
目的 :研究川贝枇杷糖浆中西贝碱的含量测定。方法 :采用薄层扫描法进行测定。结果 :西贝碱点样量在0 5 2 μg~ 1 6 0 μg之间线性关系良好 ,相关系数r=0 9998。回收率为 95 6 % ,RSD为 1 6 0 %。 结论 :本法灵敏、简便、准确 ,可用于本制剂的测定和质量控制。
