血小板保存方法的研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 血小板是血液中重要的止血和凝血成分,临床上因血小板减少或血小板功能障碍而引起的大出血或潜在的大出血,主要是输入血小板进行治疗,因而血小板得以广泛应用。但是,血小板极其脆弱,离体后很容易被激活而丧失止血活性,而且血小板的寿命非常短暂,仅为8d～11d,所以血小板的保存方法至关重要。目前保存血小板的方法主要有常温保存、低温保存、冰冻保存、冻干保存、光化学处理保存、去除HLA保存等,本文主要对血小板保存方法研究的现状做一综述。
