摘要
“加强和改进党的建设”是江泽民同志十六大报告的重要组成部分。本文分析了在新形势下加强和改进改制企业党建工作的必要性,以及改制企业进行党建工作的自身优势,同时也提出了亟待解决的问题及其对策。
Strengthening and promoting the cause of party construction'is a significant component in Jiang Zeming's Report at the 16th National People's Congress..In view of it, this essay analyses the necessity of party construction in the enterprise under institutional reform as well as the advantages inside reforming enterprises when conducting this cause .In addition ,this essay points out problems to be solved for accomplishing party construction task in these enterprises.
