摘要
20世纪初期 ,美国没有任何一个问题能像童工劳动那样引起立法部门的关注。当时 ,美国的童工立法或有关立法主要围绕着童工的最低雇佣年龄、工作时间 ,禁止童工在危险部门工作等几个方面展开。
In the early days of 20th Century there were no other problem than child worker,that caused great attention of the legislative department. American legislation on child worker mainly developed around the lowest employed age, working time,prohibiting child worker from working in dangerous department and institution of compulsory education etc.
