摘要
目的研究卵巢上皮癌组织中T淋巴细胞、树突状细胞数量及分布,为进行卵巢癌生物治疗提供依据。方法采用ABC免疫组织化学和图像分析技术,测定人卵巢上皮癌组织和正常卵巢组织中T细胞表面分化抗原CD3、CD4、CD8,树突状细胞表型抗原CD1c、S-100阳性表达的细胞及其表达强度。结果 与正常卵巢组织相比,卵巢上皮癌中CD3+、CD8+、CD1c+、S—100+细胞数量明显减少,其表达强度明显降低,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。卵巢上皮癌中CD4+抗原阳性表达细胞数量明显减少,但其表达强度变化不明显。结论 卵巢上皮癌组织T淋巴细胞、树突状细胞数量及其表达强度发生变化,提示卵巢癌局部免疫发生改变。
Objective To investigate the number, distribution, expression intensity of T lymphocytes and dendritic cells in human ovarian epithelial carcinoma for seeking biotherapeutic evidence of ovarian carcinoma. Methods Using ABC immu-nohistochemical and computerized imaging technique, to detect the number, distribution, and expression intensity of CD3, CD4, CD8,CD1c,S- 100 positive cells in ovarian epithelial carcinoma.Results Compared with normal ovarian tissue, the number and the expression intensity of CD3+ , CD8+ , CD1c+, S - 100+ cells in ovarian carcinoma significantly. Hecreased. Although the number of CD4+ cells in ovarian epithelial carcinoma reduced significantly. However, no significant difference in its expression intensity was found. Conclusions The number and the expression intensity of T lymphocytes and dendritic cells in human ovarian epithelial carcinoma had changed. The results suggest that there are some changes in local immunologic function in human ovarian epithelial carcinoma.
