摘要
随着社会的发展 ,心理问题日益引起人们的重视。本文参考多家理论和观点 ,阐述体育锻炼与心理健康的关系 ,指出体育锻炼对促进心理健康的积极作用。
With the development of society,people has paid attention to the mental problems increasingly.On the basis of various school's theories and viewpoints,the article expounds the relations physical excercises and mental healthy,points out that the positive role of physical excercises to mental health.
