摘要
近代以来 ,日本奉行的对外政策是以朝鲜为跳板侵占中国的东北部 ,进而吞并全中国的“大陆政策”。为此 ,日本与沙俄展开了激烈争夺。日本作为日俄战争的战胜国 ,继承了沙俄在中国东北攫取的权益。设立满铁是以股份公司的形式作为伪装 。
Since modern times, Japan had pursued a foreign policy of invading northeast China in an attempt to further conquer the Chinese whole country, using Korea as its gangboard, called “the Continental Policy”. To achieve this, Japan had launched a fierce struggle with Czarist Russia. As a victor in the Russo_Japanese War, Japan inherited the rights and interests that Russia had seized in northeast China.The South Manchuria Railway Company, a joint_stock company in disguise, was founded to implement the Japanese foreign policy of invading and plundering China.
