摘要
目的 探讨应用人工肝支持系统(ALSS)治疗重型肝炎的疗效及减少ALSS不良反应的方法。方法 设观察组48例,对照组32例,两组在护肝综合治疗的基础上,观察组同时给予ALSS治疗。观察不同病期治愈好转率、总有效率,平均住院天数和主要实验室检查指标及ALSS治疗的不良反应。结果 观察组重型肝炎早、中、晚期治愈好转率分别为100%、80%、28.57%,总有效率72.29%,对照分别为:66.67%、54.55%、10.00%,总有效率46.87%,临床治愈病例平均住院时间:观察组为(21.25±12.69)天,对照组为(52.36±17.27)天,两组均有显著性差异(P<0.001)。观察组ALSS治疗232人次,发生不良反应20人次,不良反应发生率8.62%。结论 ALSS为重型肝炎的治疗提供了较为安全有效的手段,ALSS对重型肝炎早、中期疗效较好,减少肝素用量,严格无菌操作及预防性用药,可减少不良反应。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of artificial livers support system(ALSS) in patients with hepatitis severe and methods of decreasing the adverse reactions.Methods 48 patients were arranged in the observed group and 32 patients in the normal control.On the basis of the comprehensive protective treatment for liver on both two groups,meanwhile,ALSS was used in the observed group.Observe the rate of improvement and curativeness,the total rate of effectiveness,the average period of hospitalization and the main labratory monitorings as well as the adverse reactions of the treatment of ALSS in different periods of severe.Results The improvement rate of the early,middle,terminal period patients in the observed group is 100.00% ,80.00% ,28.57% respectively,the total effectiveness rate is 72.92% .Comparing with the former,the result of the normal control is 66.67% ,54.55% ,10.00% respectively,the total effectiveness rate is 46.87% .The average period of hospitalization of clinical cure cases'.observed group (21.25+ 12.69)d,normal control (52.36+ 17.27)d,there is a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.001) .20 patients among 232 patients who were treated by ALSS suffered from adverse reaction,and the rate is 8.62% .Conclusions ALSS can provide patients with comparatively secure and effective treatment for patients with severe,especially.for the early and middle period one.Adverse reaction can be decreased by reducing the dosage of heparin,being more rigorous escptic manipulation and taking preventive medication.
