白毒蕈致多器官功能障碍综合征的血液净化治疗

摘要 目的 比较各类血液净化方法在白毒蕈中毒致多器官功能障碍综合征(MODS)抢救应用中的疗效。方法 通过对经广东省微生物研究所检测证实系白毒蕈中毒的患者,分析应用各类血液净化治疗前后,肝、肾、心肌酶、凝血功能变化及相关的临床表现。结果 9例白毒蕈中毒致MODS患者经血液净化治疗,治愈7例(77.78%)死亡2例(22.22%)。结论 血浆置换联合血液透析是清除白毒蕈毒素的有效方法,合并有中枢神经系统严重损害昏迷的患者联合应用分子吸附循环系统(MARS)可起到一定疗效。 Objective To explore the curative effects of blood purification on amanita vema induced multiple - organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS).Methods 9 patients with amanita vema poisoning were diagnosed by Guangdong Microbial institute.The clinical manifestation and laboratory test (liver and kidney function,myocardial enzymes and coagulation test) were observed before and after blood purification.Results Of 9 patients with amanita vema induced MODS treated by blood purification,there were 7 cures (77.78%) and 2 deaths (22.22%) .Conclusions Plasma exchange combined hemodialysis is the effective method for cleaning amanita toxin.It has been shown that plasma exchange and hemodialysis combine molecular adsorbents recycling system (MARS) is an effective method for the treatment of the carotic patients involved in the severe impairment of cerebral nervous system.
