摘要
目的:探讨安徽省出生缺陷发生率、发生规律及相关因素的影响,为卫生行政部门决策提供依据。方法:对1997年1月—2000年12月,在安徽省参加全国出生缺陷监测的17所医院分娩的围产儿进行监测,填写围产儿季报表和出生缺陷登记卡。结果:共监测围产儿56737例,发现出生缺陷儿590例,出生缺陷发生率为103.99/万。出生缺陷各类型发生顺位前五位是:外耳畸形、总唇裂、多指(趾)、神经管畸形、脑积水。经统计学处理表明:农村比城市、男胎比女胎、孕妇年龄>35岁比其他年龄组出生缺陷发生率均高,有显著统计学差异(P<0.01或P<0.05)结论必须做好围产保健,特别是农村的围产保健工作,加强产前诊断,提高出生缺陷的产前诊断率,进行选择性流产或引产,从而降低出生缺陷儿的出生,提高人口素质。
Objective To investigate the incidence , occurrence and relative causes of the birth defects in order to provide bases for the polity of Health Administration Department of Anhui Province. Methods To survey the perinatal fetuses of seventeen hospitals in Anhui during 1997 to 2000 that participate in the nationwide survey on birth defects and to fill in the seasonal forms for those perinatal fetuses and the registration certificate, as well as, for those birth defects. Results 590 birth defects are found in 56 737perinatal fetuses that are surveyed, and its incidence is about 103.99/ 104 . Each kind of incidence, in proper order, is malformation of external ear, cleft lip, polydactyli, malformation of neural tube and hydrocephalus. According to statistics, the incidence of birth defects in countryside is higher than that in city, besides male than female, and the pregnant women above 35 than those at other ages-----that's to say, there exists a remarkable difference (P<0.01 or P<0.05). Conclutions something must be done to complete the work on perinatal care, especially in countryside. It is necessary to make the antenatal diagnosis better till the rate of it on birth defects can be raised, and to recognize the fetuses with birth defect, meanwhile to stop the pregnancy as early as possible. Above statements and done for improving the quality of our people.
