摘要
提供档案利用是档案工作服务于高校的直接手段,但在提供档案利用时需做好保密工作。从三个方面分析了如何强化保密意识,提升高校档案工作水平:正确处理好档案保密与利用的关系;做好档案开放前的保密工作,即明确涉密载体类型、做好涉密档案的审查工作、做好档案的解密降密工作;做好档案利用中的监督工作,即制度建设、队伍建设、监督措施。
Offering file utilization is a direct way to make file work serve high school.But in this process,we should keep secret properly.This paper analyzes how to strengthen secrecy consciousness and upgrade file work level from three aspects:dealing with the relationship between file secrecy and utilization correctly;strengthening the secrecy work before opening files,making sure the type of the secrecy carriers,doing well the examination of the secrecy files and the declassification and downgrading of the files;supervising the work during file utilization from the points of system and group construction,and supervising measures.
