摘要
21世纪的图书馆,正处在传统图书馆,自动化图书馆与电子图书馆共存的时代,对图书馆人员的知识结构与服务技能提出更高的标准与要求是时代的需要,本文从在职教育入手,来提高图书馆人员的整体素质,从而推动图书馆事业向前发展。
The libraries are in the era of together traditional,automatic and electrical in the 21th century.The librarians should improve knowlege structure and service skills to catch up with the era.This article studied how to improve the whole quality of liberarians to impel the development of enterprise of libraries based on the education of incumbency.
