摘要
我国市场经济体制的构建和完善仍在探索之中 ,体制转轨所暴露的金融安全及所引发的就业问题 ,在世界产业水平分工中所处的不利地位及所引发的对外依存度偏高等状况 ,极大地影响着中国对外开放的走势。随着对外开放的深入发展 ,中国面临着更大的全球化挑战和风险 ,中国对外开放战略需要在已有的成功经验的基础上。
Still exploring the construction and perfection of market economy mechanism, China is tremendously affected in its trend of opening to the outside by financial security and unemployment happening in system transformation, by its inferiority in the division of labor in world economy, and consequently by over dependence on other countries in economy. With the further development of opening to the outside world, China is facing more global challenges and risks. Therefore, China needs to choose new paths for its opening strategy, based on existed successful experience and guided by the strategic principles of independence and nation's interest.
