摘要
德国高等专科学校是与德国大学、大学类高等学校“不同类型,但是等值的”高等学校,作为新型的应用型大学,其发展之迅速、成绩之卓越为世界瞩目。后起之秀的德国高等专科学校,能及时顺应时代的变迁、保持特色、办出质量以及社会尤其是政府的积极扶持是其成功的奥秘。应根据国情和区情借鉴德国发展高等专科学校的经验,促进我国新建本科高校的健康发展。
The technology college in Germany has the different type,but the same value with the university and the undergraduate education in Germany.It is rapidly developing and focuses attention upon its brilliant achievements in the world.The technology college in Germany is that the latecomers surpass the oldtimers.It can meet times changes,keep characteristics,create high quality and be supported by social especially government,so that it has made great successes.This article expatiate how to develop the new building undergraduate education in our country,according to the situation of our country and using for the experience of developing the technology college in Germany.
