摘要
与其它地区相比，新疆的政治开发具有明显的超前性。这种超前性主要表现在新疆建省、盛世才的＂六大政策＂、省联合政府的成立三方面。对近代新疆经济开发，本文从其过程、层次、效果三方面进行剖析。
Compared to other borderlands, the political development of modern Xinjiang wa s distinguished by three aspects: the establishment of Xinjiang province, 'the s ix polices' of Sheng Shicai, and the creation of a unified provincial government . The article analyzes process, administration, and results of the economic dev elopment of modern Xinjiang.
