摘要
创新教育是培养高素质、具有创新思维和创新能力人才的教育。在创新教育中 ,教师是主导 ,学生是主体。实现创新教育 ,必须优化教师知识结构 。
Creative education is an education of training high quality talents with creative thoughts and abilities .In the education, teachers are playing a leading role and students are a main body .In order to realize the education ,the knowledge structure of the teachers must be optimized,and the teaching method must be reformed.
