"Conversation" in innovation education

摘要 "对话"既表示"意义传播(meaningspreading)",也意味着(思想)解放。真正的对话,其结果是要激发一种突变,生成一种新的东西。创新教育要通过"对话"不断捕捉学生创造的潜力,促使学生潜能的实现,从而促进学生创新精神、智力、知识技能等各方面的发展。"对话"是创新教育的主要途径之一,对话能够激起学生思考问题,激励学生自己提出问题。"对话式教学"要求教师在课堂教学中注重与学生的对话,注重学生与学生对话,学生在对其他学生解释自己思维过程中分享科学创造的结,通过辩论、解释,促进学生对科学规律的理解。 It is an important mission to train innovative talents in nowadays education. Education has to catch the students' creative potentialities and spur the realization of their latent energy constantly through conversation, so that the students' innovative spirit, intelligence, knowledge, skills, etc. can be developed. Conversation is one of the main approaches of education. It plays a key role in students' raising questions.It arouses students to think about the questions and impels them to raise questions by themselves. Conversation and explanation between people are needed in order to enhance understanding about knowledge. Students can share scientifically creative results in the course of explaining their thinking process to others. Discussion and explanation can promote students' understanding about scientific laws. 'Conversation education' is helpful to foster innovative spirit and 'conversation education' requires teachers to pay attention to communicating with students and the conversation between students during classroom instruction.
