摘要
控制图是目前我国正在推广并实施的质量管理的有效工具 ,它是统计推断的图上作业法。本文运用数理统计方法分析了 X控制图犯第 / 类错误的概率 ,指出了 X 控制图犯第 类错误的概率较小 ,而犯第 类错误的概率较大。分析了影响 X 控制图犯第 类错误的因素及其影响。最终给出了减少犯第
Control chart is an effective spread tool and carried out to manage quality at present in China.The way it works is to do statistics and inferences on the chart.The article applies methematical statistics to the analysis of the probability of making the Ⅰ/Ⅱ mistakes by control chart and points out the minor probability of making the Ⅰ kind of mistakes while the major probability of making Ⅱ kind of mistakes by control chart.The article analyses such elements to influence control chart to make the Ⅱ kind of mistakes and also discusses the ways the elements influence.Finally it offers the methods based on the theory to avoid making the Ⅱ kind of mistakes.
